I watched all of the now available “tours.” I was surprised that there were numerous instances of things out of place, such as cows on their sides, trees out of the ground and laying on their sides, etc. In addition, nearly all of them have ballast that needs serious attention. I saw some structures laying down or tilted at 45 degrees, give or take. I think these layout owners should have been shown their tour and given the opportunity to fix their problem areas before having the whole world see what I see.

If you are looking for suggestions for layouts to feature in this series, I would highly recommend the most obvious choice, George Se’lios’ Franklin & South Manchester
would be nice if the modelers would give us newbies a room dimension so that we would have a idea of how much we can put in a given space (16×22) or (10×8). I think you get the picture. I did enjoy the tours, some great work being done.

The idea has been around for a while but not as nicely done as here.

Good videos to get ideas from, thanks.
That’s what it’s all about. We’re not perfect, just think we are….lol. Enjoy the “hobby” y’all.

It was great to see so many different ideas across the videos, and what you can achieve with time. Thanking for sharing these videos with us
Unique idea; however the countryside gets a little “old” after a while. Would like to see more on towns and older cities with people. Thanks
Part I & II were a nice casual ride on a dreary Friday afternoon. ALL A BOARD! .
Enviable!
