Follow along as Model Railroad Academy contributor Ron Marsh builds a small wood craftsman structure kit from start to finish. Throughout the series, Ron demonstrates multiple kit building techniques that can be applied to similar wood kits. In this episode, we begin by getting familiar with the parts of the kit. Ron prepares the parts and sands any that need adjustment for fit. He also treats the wood parts on both sides with an India Ink solution to create a weather wood effect for later steps.
