I want to get back into my N scale design what is a proper degree to go uphill to keep from having engine slip or no want to go. Im limited on room so up was a way to go
Do you know how to thin the artist’s acrylic paints (i.e. Artist’s Loft brand) for use in an airbrush? I’ve heard that this can be done and I’ve tried to thin the paint with 70% alcohol, but I can’t seem to get the right consistency.
Hi Dave. I haven’t had much luck using thinned acrylic artist paints for airbrushing. I recommend you try Scalecoat II.
